Rowena Chin, Director “ From young I always have a passion for food and grew up in a family of food lovers with a cross culture of three ethnic dialect groups of Hakka, Cantonese and Peranakan. This has remained my hobby as I pursued a career in Corporate administration roles for years. For 10 years from 1986 to 1996, I had the opportunity to run a fusion food outlet, then back to Corporate role until now. This time round with Silver Spring’s Chatters, the Cafe with a Difference, my passion in cooking is rekindled! |
